TEACHERS!!

They are the managers of our country’s greatest resource. Every day, they give out the hugs and love to our small children, they offer support and advice to our older children, and they deal with us can’t-hand-any-forms-in-on-time parents!! 

They are helping us guide the next generation into being good humans on top of actually filling their brains with curiosity, knowledge, and strong decision making tools. For this alone, they are tasked with a job of the greatest responsibility we could ever imagine

And let’s be honest, a Kindergarten Teacher is way braver than any Police Officer or Fireman lol!! Do you know how many mitts, touques, ski pants, and boots they help put on every day?!?! Jeesh!!

They are with our children more hours than we are in a day and they deserve more than we could ever give

We stopped by Parkland Village School during their 30 minute lunch break to give each of these 25 beautiful teachers, support staff, and custodial staff a good book to read over their Christmas holiday and a $30 gift card to 25 different local businesses!!

Merry Christmas to all our community’s teachers!! 

May your coffee be as strong as your will power over the next two weeks while you get all the children of Spruce Grove, Stony Plain, and Parkland county through their Christmas concerts, sparkly art projects, crazy field trips, stressful exams, and FUN indoor recesses lol!!
