This non-traditional, tender beef jerky, is the foundation of our entire business.
Trevor and Grayson hand make all the pepperonis right in our shop. They put the pork through a grinder, then into a bowl cutter. They add in all the spices by hand and mix it together before it goes into the stuffer. After it’s in the casing, it will rest in the cooler for 24 hours.
Then into the smoker it goes!
The pepperonis are sold by weight right in front of our customers as they come in and order. They are a favourite for our fundraisers too!
